This is mounted on the so-called luggage rack and provides an adequate seat for the passenger. If you are going on a long journey alone, the seat cushion can be quickly removed and the luggage rack can be used to lash the tent, sleeping bag and luggage (our lashing straps from Bibia are ideal for this purpose).
To make the agony of choice easier from the various possible combinations of seat cushion and luggage rack, we offer a complete set for immediate installation.
We use the so-called closed luggage racks. Basically any kind of seat cushion can be mounted on these. Our matching cushions offer appropriate holders to be able to screw the cushions directly without drilling.
Note: You can find the matching single saddle under the tab Accessories. The front single saddles are always hinged for the V50, PV, ET3 models (to get to the carburetor inspection/tool compartment). Not all V50/PV/ET3 models have a thread in the tank to fix the single saddle accordingly. In this case the luggage rack is mandatory to mount the single seat. Some scooters already have a thread in the tank. Here the bridge is not necessary to mount a single saddle, but it is mandatory for the seat roll.
The luggage bridges are usually only protected from rust with a transport primer. Therefore they should be either painted, chrome-plated or powder-coated before final assembly.
